JC Pardo (Cleveland) 200 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Kettle with Pasta Strainer, 46" diameter X 40" deep with 3" center-bottom outlet with tri-clamp fitting. Unit jacketed for 100 PSi at 338 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes infeed manifold for Bottom Cold Water Injection for rinsing pasta. Includes internal strainer measuring 43" diameter X 36" deep with 12" center bottom discharge gate. Mounted on four (4) stainless steel pipe legs. Serial number 7272, National Board Number 2695. New in 1996 and in very good condition.
