Stainless steel rotating coil cooker, approximately 600 gallons hot break tank capacity. Unit includes 10-pass coil with 3" diameter tubes. Trough measures 67" long X 48" wide X 50" deep with pneumatically-operated hinged top lid and 5-3/4" bottom discharge. 3" steam inlet. Manufactured in 1983 by L&A Engineering. Serial number 3707-A. Previously used in food operation. Very good condition.
