Buflovak double drum dryer for vacuum service, rolls measure 32" diameter X 72" face and are hard chrome plated, Type Vacuum. Previously operated between .6 to .7 GPM feed rate, with vacuum level between 19-20 inches Hg, on extracts at a percentage of solids of 5% - 10%. Includes stainless steel vacuum encasing, Johnson rotary joints, stainless steel splash hood, spring type drum adjustment, pneumatically controlled knife assembly, Pendulum feed, (4) hinged doors on each side, lube system, stainless steel piping, control cabinet, etc. Complete with Nash 15 HP, model XL45/7 vacuum pump. Includes Vilter stainless steel vertical condenser, rated for 250 PSI @ 300 deg. F/-20 deg. F (shell side) and 75 PSI @ 300 deg. F/-20 deg. F (tube side), surge drum and connected piping. Set of spare drums included, fabricated steel drums. Previously used in pharmaceutical environment. Recently refurbished and never put back into service.
