Description
Used DCI 11,500 gallon stainless steel vertical jacketed storage tank, manufactured in 2021. Vessel measures approximately 11' diameter x 16' tangent-to-tangent, with an overall height of 22'6". Constructed with dished top and bottom heads and supported by stainless steel legs with mounting plates and cross bracing.
Vessel is rated for 0 PSI at 350°F and is not rated for vacuum service. Equipped with a jacket rated for 150 PSI/full vacuum at 350°F, with a jacket volume of 6 gallons. Jacket is ASME U-stamped and National Board registered.
Features approximately 6" center bottom outlet, side-mounted oval manway with hinged cover, multiple sanitary process connections, and top access provisions. Includes top safety handrail and ladder assemblies, shown separately following removal. Previously used in a sanitary food and nutritional ingredients processing facility.
