Description
NETZSCH NEMO Model NM090BY02S14V.1 horizontal progressive cavity pump rated for 250 GPM at 120 PSI differential pressure and 385 RPM, designed for continuous transfer of frac chemical friction reducer with approximately 8,000 CPS viscosity at 70°F. Pump features cast iron housing and pedestal, 6 in. 125# ANSI flanged suction and discharge connections, SAE 316 stainless steel hard chrome-plated hollow tube rotor, NEMOLAST S61L/S62L Buna stator, and NETZSCH uNS-100 single mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces and Viton elastomers. Equipped with a 40 HP Nord SK972.1F-225RP/4 gearmotor, 230/460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, with 392 RPM output speed at 60 Hz. Includes FSIP Ready service configuration, stainless steel SAE 420 extension shaft and coupling rod, STP3 stator dry-run protection probe, and FKM housing seals. Approximate complete assembly weight 1,323 lb.
