Description
2019 Stout / ProBrew 340 gallon insulated stainless steel heated process tank. Approximately 6 ft tall x 4.5 ft wide with a 16 in top manway and conical bottom. Tank is equipped with (4) separate internal electric heating elements and sanitary fittings. Custom ProBrew electrical heating/control system operates on 208 VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz power. Each heating element reportedly requires approximately 48 amps. Includes stainless steel electrical enclosures and ProBrew control panel with Allen-Bradley operator interface. Polished stainless steel exterior, sanitary connections, bottom outlet and stainless steel support legs.

This 340 gallon insulated stainless steel process tank was supplied with a custom ProBrew electric heating and control system. The vessel is designed for electrically heated batch processing and incorporates four separate internal heating elements. The insulated construction helps retain process heat, while the conical bottom facilitates product drainage. The system includes multiple stainless steel electrical enclosures and a ProBrew control panel with Allen-Bradley operator interface.
