Description

BCast Stainless Products 3,000 gallon single-shell mixing tank constructed of 316L stainless steel. Vessel features a #4 32 RA interior finish, 2B mill exterior finish, ground and polished welds, 7-gauge conical top, 7-gauge dished bottom, and 10-gauge sidewalls. Tank is equipped with a bridge for agitation with an additional mounting plate, 15 HP side and bottom sweep agitator operating at 51 RPM, and a 15 HP top-mounted homogenizer. Additional features include a thermowell, 3 in center-bottom outlet, lifting lugs, and 6 in Schedule 40 stainless steel support legs. Tank was purchased and hooked up at the facility in 2022 but was never turned on or filled with liquid after installation.

The BCast Stainless Products BC-SSST3000 is a 3,000 gallon single-shell 316L stainless steel process and mixing tank configured with two separate agitation systems. The vessel incorporates a 15 HP side and bottom sweep agitator operating at 51 RPM and a separate 15 HP top-mounted homogenizer. This combination provides both low-speed sweeping action and higher-shear homogenizing capability for processing applications requiring multiple forms of product agitation.
