Stainless steel bag dump and unloading station with integral overhead dust collection system and bag splitter. Unit has a grate-covered hopper for manual bag dumping with an approximately 24 in x 36 in dump chamber. Internal bag splitting arrangement allows bags to be opened and material discharged into the hopper while the integral dust collection system controls airborne product during unloading. Equipped with a 3 HP draft blower rated 208/230/460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Dust collector includes pneumatic controls with input air pressure and manifold pressure gauges and cartridge release controls for filter cleaning. Hopper has sloped sides leading to a 12 in diameter center bottom discharge. Bag discharge opening measures approximately 14 in L x 7 in H. Main unit measures approximately 36 in x 36 in x 60 in H and is supported on a stainless steel frame.
