Description
Pharmaceutical-grade, skid-mounted two-tank Clean-In-Place (CIP) system with approximately 160 GPM capacity. System features Walker Type 316 stainless steel insulated tanks, stainless steel shell-and-tube heater, sanitary piping, and Advantage Smart valves throughout. Controls include Allen-Bradley SLC 5/05 PLC, Allen-Bradley VFD, and PanelView 600 touchscreen operator interface. System is skid mounted and pre-piped with filters, flow meters, RTDs, pressure transmitters, conductivity instrumentation, pumps, valves, piping, and associated controls. Photographs show separate wash and rinse tanks along with a centralized stainless steel electrical control cabinet. Tank nameplates identify Walker Stainless Equipment Company construction and Type 316 stainless steel material.
