2022 MicroThermics UHT/HTST Lab-25 SIP laboratory and pilot-scale thermal processing system configured for direct steam injection processing. System features sanitary stainless steel construction with integrated process vessel, heat exchange and cooling sections, sanitary pumps, automated process valves, pressure and temperature instrumentation, insulated sanitary process piping, touchscreen HMI controls and SIP (steam-in-place) capability. Includes MicroThermics/Bertoli Atomo 3.0 high-pressure in-line homogenizer rated to 600 Bar (approximately 8,700 PSI), featuring 3-piston design, 2-stage homogenization and Siemens SIMATIC HMI; MicroThermics Clean-Fill Hood with sterile product outlet and dual filling configuration; and 2022 Electro-Steam Model LB-040 clean steam generator rated 40 kW, 4 BHP and 100 PSI maximum pressure. Complete integrated pilot processing system for controlled HTST/UHT thermal treatment, homogenization and sanitary filling of liquid products.
