Tridak semi-automatic bottle capping machines with twin-shaft capping heads and pneumatic operation. Each unit is designed for operator-loaded containers and caps with foot-actuated pneumatic cycling. Twin shafts measure approximately 0.602 in diameter x 1.200 in long with approximately 0.775 in cap clearance holes. Vertical capping head assembly is mounted on an adjustable slide frame to accommodate different container heights. Pneumatic cylinders provide the downward capping action, allowing hands-free activation through the included foot pedal. Units are mounted on individual base plates and are suitable for bench or table installation. Two similar Tridak capping units are included.
