70 gallon Burkhard stainless steel jacketed tilting steam kettle, Serial Number 94665GNT75. Kettle features stainless steel construction with a rounded bottom and is mounted on a fabricated stainless steel support frame. Equipped with pneumatic tilt mechanism for controlled product discharge. Unit includes a Badger Meter PC100 digital batch controller/readout and an inline Badger flow meter for measuring and controlling liquid additions to the kettle. Includes associated piping, valves, pneumatic components, and electrical control enclosures.
