Description
Stainless steel adjustable overflow briner designed for continuous filling of containers with brine or other liquid product. Unit is currently set for approximately 4-1/2 in diameter containers and features a 5 in long product fill zone. Includes a 12 ft long Volta cable belt conveyor section with adjustable container guide rails. Brine collection tank measures approximately 23 in wide x 83 in long x 15 in deep and includes an internal stainless steel stationary steam coil for heating. Brine is circulated by a Waukesha Model 130 U1 positive displacement pump with 5 HP motor drive. System includes stainless steel piping, valves, instrumentation, electrical controls, conveyor drive components, and stainless steel support frame.

General Information
Overflow briners are commonly installed in canning and food packaging lines to add brine, water, sauces, or similar liquids to containers before closing or seaming. The recirculating design collects excess liquid beneath the filling section and returns it through the system, while the internal steam coil provides a means of maintaining or increasing product temperature.
