4-barrel stainless steel scraped surface heat exchanger system mounted on a common heavy-duty skid. Features (4) horizontal heat exchanger barrels with solid, seamless stainless steel process tubes and internal scraping assemblies for maintaining heat transfer efficiency and reducing product buildup. System includes insulated stainless steel process piping, manifolds, valves, instrumentation, individual electrical disconnects and controls, drive assemblies, and guarded mechanical components. Complete skid is configured with centralized power hookup for integrated operation. Previously used in an oil and gas processing application.
