Description
300 gallon Mueller stainless steel jacketed mixing kettle, manufactured in 2000, with bridge-mounted scrape surface agitation. Kettle measures approximately 52 in. diameter and is equipped with a half jacket rated for a maximum working pressure of 100 PSI at 350°F. National Board certified with NB No. 31295. Vessel has a stainless steel split top cover with one covered section and one grated access section. Agitation assembly is bridge mounted with gear reducer and electric drive motor and includes internal scrape surface agitator components for product movement along the kettle wall. Additional features include bottom/side process outlet, jacket connections, multiple top ports, lifting lugs, and stainless steel construction. Suitable for food, beverage, sauce, dairy, confectionery, and other heated mixing applications requiring agitation and heat transfer.

General Information
