Description
Rossi & Catelli P100/6R Butterfly Turbo juice extractor and pulper with heavy-duty stainless steel product-contact construction mounted on a painted mild steel support frame. Unit is powered by a 100 HP drive motor operating at approximately 1,185 RPM. Includes stainless steel process piping, pneumatic slide gate valve, waste discharge chute, approximately 6 in. diameter bottom discharge, and electrical switch panel. The cylindrical processing chamber is designed with removable access assemblies for servicing the internal extraction and pulping components. Unit is configured for industrial fruit and vegetable processing applications requiring separation of juice or pulp from skins, seeds, fibers, and other solids.
