Description
Rossi & Catelli P100/6R Butterfly Turbo juice extractor and pulper with heavy-duty stainless steel product-contact construction mounted on a painted mild steel support frame. Unit is powered by a 100 HP Marathon Electric drive motor operating at approximately 1,185 RPM. Motor is rated 230/460 volt, 60 Hz, 3-phase and is TEFC construction. Extractor includes a pneumatic slide gate valve, stainless steel process piping, waste discharge chute, approximately 6 in. diameter bottom discharge, and electrical switch panel with main disconnect. The cylindrical processing chamber has a bolted access assembly for servicing the internal extraction components.
