Description
Rossi & Catelli P100/6R Butterfly Turbo juice extractor and pulper designed for industrial fruit and vegetable processing applications. Heavy-duty unit features stainless steel product-contact construction mounted on a painted mild steel support frame. Equipped with a 100 HP Toshiba 3-phase induction drive motor operating at 1,185 RPM, pneumatic slide gate valve, waste discharge chute, and approximately 6 in. diameter bottom product discharge.
