Description
Rossi & Catelli P100/6R Turbo juice extractor and pulper designed for industrial fruit and vegetable processing applications. Heavy-duty unit features stainless steel product-contact construction mounted on a painted mild steel support frame. Equipped with an approximately 100 HP drive motor operating at 1,185 RPM, internal rotor and pulping assembly, pneumatic slide gate valve, stainless steel waste discharge chute, and approximately 6 in. diameter bottom product discharge. Large hinged access door provides access to the internal rotor and processing chamber for inspection, cleaning, and maintenance. Includes sanitary stainless steel process piping and a separate electrical switch panel.
