Description
Blentech Model CC-0100 stainless steel jacketed batch cooker/mixer with approximately 100-gallon capacity. Features twin vertical helical screw agitators for mixing and product movement during thermal processing, enclosed rectangular mixing chamber with hinged top cover, and steam jacket rated for 15 PSI maximum pressure at 250°F. Unit includes stainless steel product piping, valves, instrumentation, integrated liquid handling components, and Allen-Bradley PanelView touchscreen HMI with stainless steel NEMA 4X control enclosure. Manufactured in May 2023. Electrical requirements: 240 VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz.
