Proctor & Schwartz double pass apron dryer, all stainless steel construction, belt measures 80" wide X 54' long, 43' heated section, 66'6" overall length. Belt has 1/4" x 1/16" slot openings on 9/64" centerlines staggered. Product is fed onto top belt and travels down drying chamber, heated section is 3-zone and steam heated, when product reaches end of top belt it drops to bottom belt and travels back through the drying chamber. Top and bottom belts driven by 1 HP motors. After double pass drying, product drops to all stainless steel cooling belt, approx. 12' long. Cooler belt driven by 3/4 HP motor. Includes (6) top mounted 7-1/2 HP blowers. Last used drying food product for cereal manufacturer. Serial number K24111.
