Alpha Brew Ops semi-automatic dual head keg washer designed for cleaning and sanitizing stainless steel kegs in brewery and beverage production operations. The skid-mounted system features dual keg wash stations for increased throughput, dual stainless steel solution reservoirs, sanitary centrifugal process pump, PLC-based control system with touchscreen HMI, automated pneumatic valve manifold, compressed air operation, and sanitary tri-clamp piping throughout. The control enclosure is rated for 208 Volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz operation with a 0.5 HP process pump.
