General Information
Centrifugal basket dryers are widely used in fresh-cut produce processing to remove excess surface moisture after washing and sanitizing operations. High-speed centrifugal force extracts free water while preserving product quality and minimizing mechanical damage. Integrated transfer conveyors and air knife or blower drying systems provide additional moisture removal, improving package appearance, sealing performance, and product shelf life.
