Heavy-duty stainless steel flume wash system featuring an approximately 20" wide flume channel providing approximately 100 linear feet of product conveying path incorporating 90° and 180° turns for extended wash time. Equipped with stainless steel flume reel(s), hydro sieve water recovery system with rotating drum screen and collection tank, flume wash pump, HR Zone 1 and HR Zone 2 agitation systems with recirculation pumps, stainless steel piping, and heavy-duty stainless steel support framework. Designed for continuous hydraulic conveying, washing, and cooling of fresh produce.

General Information
Continuous flume wash system designed to gently wash, cool, and convey fresh produce through a recirculating water channel while maximizing product residence time and cleaning efficiency. The integrated hydro sieve filtration system continuously removes fines and recovers process water, reducing water consumption while maintaining wash water quality. Ideal for broccoli, cauliflower, leafy greens, vegetables, herbs, and other fresh produce. Last used washing broccoli florets.
