General Information
One-shot chocolate depositors automate the precise depositing of chocolate shells and fillings in a single production cycle, improving product consistency while reducing labor requirements. These systems are widely used by artisan chocolatiers and industrial confectionery manufacturers to produce pralines, filled bars, truffles, molded chocolates, tablets, and seasonal confectionery products. Servo-controlled depositing and programmable motion systems provide repeatable product placement while touchscreen recipe management allows rapid product changeovers. Their compact footprint and sanitary stainless steel construction make them well suited for modern chocolate production facilities.
