Description
CEIA Model THS/M521 conveyorized metal detector, Serial No. 35002060036, manufactured in 2023, featuring an 18" wide x 7-1/2" high detection aperture with an integrated 16" wide Z-frame conveyor consisting of an approximately 48" horizontal infeed, approximately 8' inclined section, and approximately 12" horizontal discharge. Equipped with a food-grade modular plastic belt, top-mounted washdown-duty gearmotor, conveyor control system, portable stainless steel frame, and sanitary stainless steel construction.

General Information
CEIA conveyorized metal detection system designed to inspect food products for ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel contaminants while elevating product between processing operations. The integrated Z-frame conveyor combines continuous product transfer with high-sensitivity metal detection to improve food safety and product quality in sanitary processing environments. Suitable for fresh produce, vegetables, frozen foods, prepared foods, bakery products, meat, poultry, seafood, and other food processing applications. Last used inspecting packaged broccoli florets.
