Description
CEIA Model THS/M521 conveyorized metal detector, Serial No. 35002060035, manufactured in 2023. Features an 18" wide x 7-1/2" high detection aperture and includes an integrated 16" wide Z-frame conveyor with approximately 48" long horizontal infeed, 8' long incline section, and 12" long horizontal discharge. Equipped with food-grade modular belt, sanitary stainless steel construction, top-mounted washdown drive, conveyor control system, and portable stainless steel frame.

General Information
CEIA conveyorized metal detection system designed to inspect food products for ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel contaminants while elevating product between processing operations. The integrated Z-frame conveyor combines continuous product transfer with high-sensitivity metal detection to improve food safety and product quality in sanitary processing environments. Suitable for fresh produce, vegetables, frozen foods, prepared foods, bakery products, meat, poultry, seafood, and other food processing applications. Last used inspecting packaged broccoli florets.
