Complete automated sanitary packaging system consisting of a stainless steel Z-frame elevator conveyor, Ishida Model CW-M-214W N-S30-W 14-head combination weigher, Serial No. 05010584/1822, manufactured in 2014, CEIA Model THS/GMS21-200 drop-through metal detector, Serial No. 21600227001, and Bosch Model SVE 3800 ULI/NEMA vertical form fill and seal bagger, Serial No. 19-35403, manufactured in 2020. The system features an approximately 24" wide Z-frame elevator with approximately 20' inclined section and food-grade cleated belt, a 14-head combination weigher with dimpled stainless steel weigh buckets and radial feed system, a 6" diameter drop-through metal detector, and a Bosch VFFS bagger with touchscreen HMI, NEMA washdown electrical enclosure, pneumatic sealing system, and stainless steel sanitary construction. Offered as a complete conveying, weighing, metal detection, and bag packaging system.

General Information
Complete automated packaging line designed to elevate, accurately weigh, inspect, and package food products in a continuous sanitary operation. Product is conveyed by the Z-frame elevator to the Ishida combination weigher for high-speed, precision portioning, passes through the CEIA drop-through metal detector for contaminant inspection, and is automatically formed, filled, and sealed by the Bosch vertical form fill and seal bagger. Engineered for high-throughput production of fresh-cut vegetables, frozen foods, snack foods, nuts, confectionery, coffee, pet food, and other free-flowing food products.
