General Information
Integrated multihead weighing and vertical bagging systems are the industry standard for high-speed packaging of free-flowing products. The Z-frame elevator gently transports product to the combination weigher, where sophisticated weighing algorithms determine the optimal combination of weigh buckets to achieve precise target weights. The product is then discharged into the VFFS bagger, which forms bags from roll stock, fills them, seals them, and discharges finished packages.
