Description
Heinzen stainless steel dewatering conveyor with integrated air knife drying system designed for removing surface moisture from food products following washing or dewatering operations. The conveyor features an approximately 24" wide x 11' long food-grade open-mesh conveyor belt that allows water to drain while transporting product through the drying section. An integrated HMI/Heinzen 15 HP high-volume blower supplies air to the air knife manifold for efficient removal of residual surface moisture prior to packaging or downstream processing. The unit includes a washdown-duty gearmotor drive, adjustable stainless steel product guides, removable stainless steel water collection pan with cover, sanitary access doors, and an open-frame stainless steel construction for easy cleaning and maintenance.
