General Information
Turatti dual-stage dewatering conveyor system designed to remove excess surface moisture from washed food products following flume washing and prior to centrifugal drying, inspection, or packaging. The stacked incline design increases product residence time while maximizing drainage efficiency and minimizing floor space requirements. Suitable for fresh-cut vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, and other food products requiring continuous, gentle dewatering in sanitary processing environments. Last used in a fresh-cut vegetable processing facility.
