Description
Blentech 432 gallon stainless steel horizontal dual shaft ribbon mixer designed for high-capacity batch mixing of meat, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, pet food, sauces, marinades, seasonings, and similar food products. Mixing chamber measures approximately 75” long with dual 28” diameter helical ribbon agitator shafts. Overall dimensions are approximately 129-5/16” long x 94” wide x 101-1/2” high, with approximately 52” discharge height. Features open-top loading area with heavy-duty interlocked safety grate, dual air-operated bottom discharge doors, variable-speed drives, sanitary stainless steel product contact surfaces, and heavy-duty stainless steel support frame.
