Walker 600 gallon sanitary jacketed mix tank designed for food, dairy, beverage, and general sanitary processing applications. Constructed with a 316L stainless steel product contact interior and #4 sanitary finish, the vessel features a cone bottom design with center-mounted sweep agitation for efficient product blending and complete discharge. The tank is equipped with a top-mounted 1.5 HP gearmotor drive operating at approximately 24 RPM and includes a large top manway for operator access and cleaning. The jacket is rated for 75 PSI at 320°F and has been hydro-tested. Additional sanitary fittings and process connections are mounted throughout the vessel for integration into existing processing systems. Last used in a food manufacturing facility. Engineering drawings indicate a 51" inside diameter vessel with approximately 600 gallon working capacity and gentle agitation suitable for liquid food products, sauces, dairy products, beverages, and ingredient blending applications.
