Extruder, Bubble Wrap System, 3-Layer, 72" wide, #5991826

Air bubble sheet extrusion line 85/65mm 2-layer designed for processing LDPE resin into protective bubble packaging material. The system produces material up to 72" (1829 mm) wide with thickness range of 0.025–0.15 mm. Bubble sizes include 3/8" x 1/8" and optional larger configurations. Production speed is rated at approximately 15–40 m/min with mechanical speeds up to 50 m/min. Standard output is approximately 200–320 kg/hr depending on product specifications, with optional third extruder increasing output up to 440 kg/hr. The line includes primary and secondary extruders, flat die, forming section, take-off and trimming section, winder, hydraulic screen changers, and electrical control systems. The system is designed for continuous production of protective bubble wrap and cushioning materials used in packaging applications.
