Description
Tucs Equipment Model TVF-10-25-C vertical form, fill and seal machine designed for pouch packaging of liquid and semi-viscous products (less filling head). Unit includes GE Fanuc PLC controls, Fuji variable frequency drive, Maple Systems operator interface, Markem SmartDate 5 coder, vertical lap seal assembly, serrated cutoff knife, and approximately 12" wide x 94" long discharge conveyor. Machine is configured to form, seal, code, and discharge flexible pouches and was originally designed to operate with an external product delivery system such as a piston filler or positive displacement pump. Current offering does not include product filler, piston filler, Waukesha pump, or related product feed equipment. Suitable for rebuilding, integration into an existing packaging line, or as a source of replacement parts and components. Mounted on casters.
