Pfaudler 1,500 gallon 316L stainless steel reactor designed for pressure and vacuum processing applications in chemical, pharmaceutical, and specialty manufacturing service. Vessel features 316L stainless steel construction with half-pipe jacket for controlled heating and cooling operations. Reactor is rated for 30 PSI internal pressure/full vacuum at 450°F with jacket rated for 125 PSI at 450°F. Unit includes top center-mounted agitator assembly with mechanical drive arrangement and insulated vessel exterior. Reactor is equipped with multiple top-mounted process nozzles, manway access opening, instrumentation ports, and process connections suitable for batch processing operations. Heavy-duty jacketed construction allows efficient thermal transfer for reaction, blending, and temperature-sensitive processing applications.
