Description

Alloy Fabricators 2,200 gallon jacketed mix tank . Vessel is constructed of 316L stainless steel with 304 stainless steel half-pipe jacket. Tank is rated for 15 PSI internal pressure at 120°F with jacket rated 85 PSI at 120°F. Features dished top and dished bottom design with top-entering agitator assembly. Agitation system includes approximately 10 HP drive with variable speed range from 0–80 RPM and axial flow impeller arrangement. Agitator consists of dual hubs with two blades each measuring approximately 35 1/2" diameter and is identified as Pro Quip model 10ZGS15B. Vessel dimensions are approximately 84" diameter x 72" straight side. Unit includes multiple top nozzles, manway access, and insulated exterior cladding. Suitable for blending, mixing, heating, cooling, and general process applications in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food processing industries.
