Bauer Model 3U21 peanut butter mill equipped with approximately 20" diameter grinding plates and approximately 12" long screw feeder section. Unit includes manual grinding plate adjustment assembly, hinged front grinding chamber access, and heavy-duty product feed screw. Mounted on a painted mild steel frame with casters for portability. Driven by a 40 HP electric motor with approximately 1770 RPM motor speed. Grinding plates shown in photos with wear and residual product buildup from prior service. Suitable for peanut butter, nut paste, confectionery, and similar paste-processing applications requiring fine particle reduction and homogenization. Bauer colloid mills are commonly used throughout food and paste processing industries for producing smooth and consistent product textures.
