Description
Flexicon BULK-OUT bulk bag discharge and conveying system rated for 3,200 lb bags, constructed of mild steel with safety frame and hoist-style lifting assembly. Includes bag piercer interface with sealed transition hopper and 8 cu. ft. (36" x 36" x 38") floor hopper with vented cover, pneumatic vibrator, and capacitive level controls. System equipped with dust collection unit (50 sq. ft. filtration area, 99.99% @ ≥5 micron) with 1/2 HP fan rated 400 CFM @ 3" S.P. Material conveyed via 15 ft flexible screw conveyor (4.5" OD UHMW tube) driven by 3 HP, 1,725 RPM gearmotor. Discharge through 6" dia. pneumatically actuated wye diverter valve with flexible PVC spouting. Includes NEMA 4 control panel with PLC, HMI, reversing starter, and 24 VDC controls for automated level-based operation and timed conveyor evacuation. System is in like-new condition, used only twice for test runs. Drawings and manuals available by request.
