Description
Idrotecnica Triblock S9-R8-TO automatic rinse, fill, and cap bottling system designed for continuous liquid processing in a compact monoblock configuration, featuring integrated rinsing, rotary filling, and screw capping with vibratory cap feeder. Bottles are conveyed through each stage via an integrated conveyor for automatic infeed and discharge or inline operation. Rated up to approximately 1,200 bottles per hour, the system handles bottles from approximately 55–115 mm diameter and 170–420 mm height, with cap sizes from approximately 24–34 mm. Includes 40-liter stainless steel filling tank with level control and vacuum-assisted operation for consistent fill levels, along with pneumatic bottle lifting and adjustable capping. Powered by 208V, 3-phase with approximately 3 kW connected load and requires 6 bar compressed air. PLC controlled with HMI interface for production settings and adjustments.
