Description

FEECO International indirect fired rotary kiln system with 4.5' Diameter x 50' Long, designed for continuous high-temperature processing in controlled atmosphere applications. Constructed of 304L stainless steel with refractory-lined interior and mounted on a heavy-duty structural skid with trunnion supports, girth gear, and pinion drive assembly. Driven by Marathon Black Max inverter-duty motor with gear reducer for controlled rotation. Includes fully integrated multi-zone natural gas combustion system by Process Combustion Systems with (11) high-velocity burners across three independently controlled zones, each with individual gas trains, regulators, and safety shutoff valves. Controls include Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC, PanelView HMI, and Fireye burner management system providing automated startup, multi-zone temperature control, and full safety interlocks. Designed for calcination, thermal desorption, reduction roasting, and specialty material processing with approximate throughput of 2.36 TPH.
