Osmonics BEV Series nano filtration system designed for high-capacity sanitary processing applications. Unit is constructed of stainless steel and mounted on a tubular skid frame with integrated piping and support structure. System is rated for approximately 300 GPM permeate at 60°F with approximately 40 GPM concentrate and operating pressure range of 185/350 PSIG. Equipped with (12) 8-inch diameter by approximately 20-foot long membrane pressure vessels arranged in parallel banks, Aquafine UV sterilization unit, and a 75 HP centrifugal recirculation pump (Tonkaflo model AS40409KTE). System includes basket pre-filters (HX0740-3.0-316A), Thornton/Mettler 770max multiparameter analyzer, control panel, and sanitary piping, valves, fittings, and tri-clamp connections. Skid-mounted design.
