Description
Approximately 3,000-gallon reactor vessel previously used as a hydrolysis reactor. Vessel is constructed with an Alloy 20 shell per SB-463 and measures approximately 98" diameter x 6' 5" tangent-to-tangent. Shell is rated 85 PSI and full vacuum at 350°F. Unit features a stainless steel half-pipe jacket rated 150 PSI and full vacuum from -20°F to 350°F for heating and cooling service. Shell thickness is approximately 0.375" with 0.4375" head thickness. Reactor is equipped with a top-mounted Lightnin mixer, model 85-S-25, driven by a 25 HP motor with approximately 84 RPM output speed. Suitable for corrosive process applications requiring agitation and jacketed temperature control.
