GEA Niro Swirl Fluidizer System flash dryer mounted on a 304 stainless steel skid, Model 6.3 Mobile Unit, built in 2009. Unit includes inlet air gas heater, stainless steel fluidizing slurry tank, controls, and integrated screw conveyor feed system. Slurry tank measures approximately 3' diameter x 3' tall and is equipped with a bottom-driven scraped-wall blade agitator. Designed for natural gas or propane operation, the system offers air flow capacity of approximately 450–630 kg/hr, inlet temperature range of 100–350°C, and outlet temperature range of 60–150°C. Rated for water evaporation up to approximately 55 kg/hr, with maximum powder production up to 100 kg/hr and feed rate up to 150 kg/hr.
