Description
Unused CT-300 steel screw press / dewatering machine designed for continuous solid-liquid separation using progressive mechanical compression. Material is introduced through the feed hopper where a rotating spiral auger compresses the product against a 0.75 mm sieve screen, allowing liquid to drain while conveying solids toward the discharge outlet. The unit is driven by an 18.5 kW motor operating on 480V power and is designed for processing capacities of approximately 2,113 gallons per hour, depending on material characteristics. Constructed from steel and mounted on a structural base frame. Suitable for processing sludge, food waste streams, agricultural byproducts, manure, and other high-moisture materials requiring mechanical dewatering.
