Description
Groen 400 gallon cook and mix kettle, stainless steel kettle features a hemispherical bottom and scrape surface agitation with Teflon scrapers. Bowl measures approx. 54" diameter X 48" deep Agitation is driven by a SEW Eurodrive gearmotor mounted above the vessel. The jacket is rated for 100 PSI at 338°F, ASME constructed, National Board number 140242. Product discharge is through a 3" bottom outlet equipped with an SPX pneumatically actuated sanitary valve and tri-clamp piping assembly. The unit includes a stainless steel control panel. Last used in food operation.
