Description
New 300 gallon triple motion high shear mix tank designed for demanding processing applications requiring heating, cooling, and high intensity agitation. Interior product contact surfaces are constructed of 316L stainless steel with #4 finish, while exterior non-contact surfaces are 304 stainless steel with #4 finish. The tank features a stainless steel side and bottom dimple jacket rated for 75 PSI and is ASME/NB code stamped. Insulated with 2 inch thick Rockwool for thermal efficiency. Equipped with top mounted triple motion agitation including high shear disperser, anchor sweep, and offset paddle agitator. Suitable for food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing applications.

General Information
Heavy-duty, sanitary high shear mix tank with triple motion agitation system designed for efficient blending, emulsification, and heat transfer. Tank top features inverted cone with 15 degree slope head, double open hinged lids, and CIP cleaning system with dual spray balls. Conical bottom with 15 or 30 degree slope and center outlet; flat bottom structure optional. All inlet and outlet ports are sanitary clamp connections. UL listed motors included.
