APV Gaulin Model MS45 5TBS stainless steel clad high-pressure homogenizer configured with a two-stage homogenizing valve assembly (HVA). Unit features 2-1/8" diameter plungers and a 5,000 PSI tapered seat ball valve cylinder, designed for continuous emulsification, dispersion, and particle size reduction of liquid products. Operating capacity ranges from a minimum of approximately 1,000 GPH up to a maximum of approximately 2,270 GPH, depending on product characteristics and operating pressure.
