Wyssmont Turbo-Dryer Model N-28, serial number J-256, featuring 304 stainless steel product contact construction and a structural steel insulated housing. The system is equipped with 28 trays (78” diameter each), spaced at 4-5/8”, and provides continuous counterclockwise tray rotation for even drying. The ten-sided base measures 9’-6” across corners, with a total height of approximately 13’-10”. Equipped with a 1.5 HP turbo fan drive, 3 HP tray drive motor, and a stainless steel air inlet header with dampers.
