Water Treatment System, 225/300 GPM RO & Nano Filtration with UV, Osmonics, #5991632

Reverse osmosis and nano filtration water treatment system originally installed for Coca-Cola beverage operations. System includes Osmonics 300 GPM nanofiltration skid with (13) fiberglass membrane vessels and Tonkaflo pump, and 225 GPM reverse osmosis system with (15) stainless steel vessels and (2) Tonkaflow pumps. Also includes Siemens Vantage M38 RO system with (5) 8" diameter x 14' long vessels, all stainless and fiberglass construction on galvanized frames. Upstream filtration is provided by dual mild steel multi-media filters and dual stainless steel carbon filters with 3" face piping, Bray valves, and pneumatic actuation. Downstream includes a 9,000-gallon mild steel exterior/stainless interior RO water tank, and a 1,000-gallon HDPE RO3 holding tank with Grundfos pumps. Final disinfection is achieved with an Aquafine 36-bulb SCD-1200E UV sterilizer.
